This is have been my second time coming to Elegant Smiles and might I say, This is a fine establishment with real professional customer service. The staff here is amazing and helpful towards making you comfortable.with your teeth again. I’ve been to elegant smiles multiple times and I’ve never had a bad visit with them. They are very clear about their pricing and tell you everything upfront before starting. Every staff member is very engaging and personable! Dr. Patel does a great job of explaining everything in great detail before starting any procedure which really helps you feel comfortable. They are always so friendly, gentle and in times of this pandemic, they are taking extra precautions with PPE and air purifiers in each room. You won’t be disappointed.

This was my first time being able to afford a dental cleaning in over 15 years, so naturally I was terrified about the pain and the cost. The staff was so very nice, welcoming, and calm. The hygienist was very patient with my gag reflex during the xrays. The dentist was so gentle with the cleaning, etc. that I almost fell asleep in the chair. Everyone was outfitted with masks and guards and they took my temp in the parking lot beforehand. The price was very reasonable and I was even given the price for a night guard should I want to buy one in the future (I grind my teeth), which is helpful so I can plan to save up for it. I highly recommend this business. Thanks, y’all!

I was very nervous to go to the dentist during these COVID times, however, Elegant Smiles eased all of my worries. As soon as I arrived I simply texted the front desk and was greeted out front to have my temperature taken and to complete my health screening. Additionally, then entire office staff were wearing their protective face masks and gloves. Most were also wearing face shields! It just goes to show how seriously the staff at Elegant Smiles take the health of their patients. I know everyone had to be extremely uncomfortable with all of the PPE, but you would never be able to tell talking with them. Everyone is so friendly! Dr. Patel in particular is absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a dentist in the Atlanta area!

Over the last few years I have been grinding my teeth more and more and I started to have significant jaw pain. Dr. Patel recommended a bite guard. I was a little hesitant at first because I wasn’t sure I’d wear it, but it has helped so much! They used this cool digital impression technique so they didn’t have to use the goopy stuff that makes me gag. Dr. Patel and her team made me feel so comfortable, I actually don’t mind the Dentist anymore.

Dr Patel was so sweet she corrected my implant for free! My dental Lady Paulin was amazing she got all my bad coffee and red wine stains off my teeth that my former dentist could not do. Also she did it with such grace and my gums were not irritated. I can’t wait to see her again. She was so genuine and gentle. Loved talking to her too. Anybody who knows me, knows I am not a fan of going to the dentist. I chipped a tooth a couple of weeks ago and found Elegant Smiles who could see me the quickest. Dr. Patel was the gentlest dentist I have ever experienced. Today I came in for a cleaning, and Sarah did an awesome job; my teeth haven’t felt this good in a long time. Dr. Patel found one small cavity, which I need to have fixed, but believe it or not I’m not feeling any anxiety about returning. If you are looking for a dentist, I highly recommend Dr. Kimi Patel.
